Google Ignores Keywords Meta Tag
Google disregards keywords meta tag completely. Keywords meta tag simply do not have any effect in Google’s search web ranking. However, Google does sell a Google Search Appliance, and that product has the ability to match meta tags, which could include the keywords meta tag. But that is an enterprise search appliance that is completely separate from Google’s main web search.
